Quality Executive

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and quality-focused Quality Executive to manage the inspection testing and documentation of injection moulded plastic parts The ideal candidate will have a sound understanding of quality standards inspection techniques and defect analysis in a plastic moulding production environment Key Responsibilities Perform in-process incoming and final inspection of injection moulded plastic components as per control plans Check visual quality dimensions and functional parameters of parts using appropriate measuring instruments e g Vernier calipers micrometers gauges Prepare inspection reports quality checklists and non-conformance reports NCRs Monitor and control rejection rates and ensure timely feedback to production for corrective action Ensure compliance with ISO standards customer-specific requirements and internal SOPs Participate in root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions CAPA for quality issues Maintain proper documentation of quality records test reports and calibration logs Assist in customer audits internal audits and supplier quality evaluations Ensure traceability and identification of accepted and rejected materials Support continuous improvement and 5S Kaizen and Quality Circle initiatives on the shop floor Qualifications Experience Diploma B Sc B Tech in Mechanical Polymer or Plastic Engineering 2-4 years of experience in quality control quality assurance of injection moulded plastic parts Experience in industries like automotive consumer goods or medical devices is preferred Knowledge of quality tools like 7QC Tools 5 Why Fishbone Diagram etc Key Skills Proficiency in using inspection tools and equipment Good understanding of plastic moulding defects e g short shot sink mark warpage flash Basic knowledge of GD T and reading engineering drawings Attention to detail problem-solving skills and documentation accuracy Ability to work independently and coordinate with production and QA teams Work Conditions Factory floor and quality lab environment May require standing for extended periods and shift-based work PPE usage and safety compliance are mandatory Job Type Full-time Pay 12 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Benefits Paid time off Work Location In person
