About the Role We're looking for an experienced and goal-driven Telecaller Team Leader to lead our telesales team at Neobest Mattresses. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to guide and motivate a team toward achieving daily and monthly sales targets. Key Responsibilities - Lead and manage a team of telecallers to meet and exceed daily call and conversion targets. - Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and conduct regular performance reviews. - Train, coach, and support team members in communication, sales techniques, and product knowledge. - Oversee inbound and outbound call operations, including order confirmations, customer follow-ups, and lead conversions. - Maintain detailed records of team activities and performance reports through CRM tools. - Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. - Resolve escalated customer issues with professionalism, patience, and empathy. - Motivate the team to maintain consistent productivity, positivity, and service quality. Requirements - Minimum 5 years of experience in telesales or customer engagement, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role. - Strong communication, problem-solving, and team management skills. - Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets. - Multilingual proficiency preferred: Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, and English. - Experience working with CRM systems and performance tracking tools. - Strategic mindset with a focus on team motivation and customer satisfaction. - Bachelor's degree preferred.
