Role Description We are seeking a dedicated Product Application Specialist to support our Respiratory Care range of Sleep Diagnostics, Ventilation (NIV), and Sleep Therapy products. This is a full-time position based in India. Key Responsibilities: · Provide clinical and technical application support for our products. · Reporting to Business Manager in India. · Assist in pre-sales activities, including product installations- configuration and demonstrations. · Conduct on-site and remote training sessions for Sleep Technologists, RT`s, partners and healthcare professionals. · Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions. · Analyse product performance, gather user feedback, and contribute to continuous product improvement. · Maintain effective communication with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy or RPSGT with Communication and Training Skills - to manage the product application trainings. - Analytical Skills - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team - Experience in the medical or healthcare industry is a plus - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
