Role Overview We’re looking for a passionate Interior Architect with a sharp design eye and solid technical grounding. The ideal candidate will work across concept development, detailed design, and on-site execution, ensuring that every project reflects Molyar’s design ethos — thoughtful, expressive, and context-driven. Key Responsibilities - Conceptualise and develop design narratives, layouts, and material palettes for hospitality and commercial projects. - Prepare detailed drawings, GFCs, and working sets with precision and creativity. - Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and contractors to maintain design quality through execution. - Conduct site visits and resolve design or coordination challenges on ground. - Source and curate materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting aligned with the project’s story. - Collaborate closely with the principal designers through all design stages. - Create presentations, mood boards, and visuals to communicate design intent effectively. Skills & Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design. - 2–5 years of experience working on hospitality, commercial, or high-end interior projects. - Strong command of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Enscape/ Vray and presentation software. - Deep understanding of detailing, materials, and execution drawings. - Excellent communication and coordination skills. - A keen aesthetic sense and a collaborative, design-led approach.
