Job Title: Accounting Executive / Sr. Accounts Executive Location: Spaze I Tech Park, Sector-49, Gurugram Job Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 4-8 years Preference: Candidates with experience in International accounting and Familiarity with accounting software such as Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Xero, etc. Job Description: We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounting Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing routine accounting operations, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and supporting the overall financial health of the organization. Key skills: R2R MIS Reporting Finalization of Accounts Month-End Closing Audit Coordination Financial Reporting Profit & Loss Analysis Budgeting Key Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day accounting tasks and maintain accurate financial records - Handle invoice processing, reconciliations, and general ledger entries - Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports - Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies and procedures - Collaborate with internal teams on finance-related matters - Proficiency in Excel is essential - Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Screening questions: Q.1: Have you prepared or assisted in monthly closing and financial statements? Expected Answer: Yes Q.2: Pass the journal entry for accrue salaries at month-end. Expected Answer: Salary Expense A/c Debit To Salary Payable A/c Q.3: Pass the journal entry for monthly depreciation of a fixed asset? Expected Answer: Depreciation Expense A/c Debit To Accumulated Depreciation A/c (or To fixed asset A/c)
