The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing routine accounting operations, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and supporting the overall financial health of the organization.Key skills:R2RMIS ReportingFinalization of AccountsMonth-End ClosingAudit CoordinationFinancial ReportingProfit & Loss AnalysisBudgeting Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day accounting tasks and maintain accurate financial recordsHandle invoice processing, reconciliations, and general ledger entriesAssist in the preparation of financial statements and reportsEnsure compliance with internal accounting policies and proceduresCollaborate with internal teams on finance-related mattersProficiency in Excel is essentialStrong attention to detail and ability to work independentlyScreening questions:Q.1: Have you prepared or assisted in monthly closing and financial statements?Expected Answer: YesQ.2: Pass the journal entry for accrue salaries at month-end.Expected Answer:Salary Expense A/c DebitTo Salary Payable A/cQ.3: Pass the journal entry for monthly depreciation of a fixed asset?Expected Answer:Depreciation Expense A/c DebitTo Accumulated Depreciation A/c (or To fixed asset A/c)
