Business Development Officer Real Estate

Ensure productivity and accountability and guarantee that goals are being met Identify potential tenants by Advertising and marketing vacant spaces to attract tenants and filling vacancies negotiating and enforcing leases and maintaining and securing premises Manage to prepare contracts with tenants by negotiating leases and collecting security deposit Maintains property by investigating and resolving tenant complaints enforcing rules of occupancy inspecting vacant units and completing repairs planning renovations contracting with landscaping services Maintain a positive productive relationship with tenants Managing the sale rental or development of properties Negotiate lease contracts with contractors in a timely and reliable manner Handle all aspects of our partnership with property owners leasing partners and flex space providers including finding new tenants managing tenancy renewals and terminations Source and build relationships with prospective clients to expand business opportunities Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor s Master s degree Regular is highly preferred Required equivalent work experience of 15 years in property management is mandatory both Commercial and Residential Comprehensive experience in managing property purchases sales rentals and development Experience in negotiating contracts and determining rental rates In-depth understanding of applicable property law taxes and financial statements
