We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating user-centered designs, improving user experiences, and ensuring that our applications are visually appealing, intuitive, and easy to navigate. Key Responsibilities: Conduct user research and analyze user feedback to understand needs and pain points. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications. Develop user flows, journey maps, and design systems to ensure consistency. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define design requirements. Translate complex concepts into simple, engaging, and accessible designs. Ensure responsive design across devices and platforms. Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies. Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback.Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role. Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design projects. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision. Understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript (a plus). Knowledge of usability principles, accessibility standards, and design systems. Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience designing for mobile (iOS/Android) and web platforms. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Motion/interaction design experience is a plus. Knowledge of branding and visual design principles.
