Skills and Competencies

- 4+ years in credit/financial data analysis
- Skilled at identifying and evaluating key risk factors with minimal guidance.
- Strong organizational skills, able to multi-task and manage priorities.
- Effectively engage with lead/support analysts to resolve complex issues.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; proficiency in SQL is an advantage.

Qualifications

- Masters in Finance, Economics or Business/Accounting or Qualified CA
- Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills; excellent interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

- Lead data, ratings, research, and analytical outreach projects while driving process re-engineering, efficiency improvements, and successful change implementation.
- Manage complex BAU tasks, ensuring accurate, timely, and high-quality deliverables, including resolution of non-standard outputs.
- Independently engage with stakeholders, coordinate work allocation, and manage workload pipelines to meet deadlines.
- Train new hires, mentor team members, and provide technical/process guidance on data validation, research, and ratings tasks.
- Conduct reviews of complex work, deliver constructive feedback, and implement targeted training to enhance accuracy and performance.
- Lead or participate in strategic projects and working groups, partnering across departments to refine processes and achieve business goals.
