Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Customer Service Representative role located in Hyderabad. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing support to customers, ensuring their satisfaction, and enhancing their overall experience with our products and services on a day-to-day basis.
As a Field Technical Support Engineer for consumer durable products, you&aposllprovide on-site technical assistance, troubleshooting, and repair for products, ensuring customer satisfaction and product functionality.

Responsibilities:
- On-Site Technical Support:
- Travel to customer locations to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues with consumer durable products.
- Installation and Setup:
- Install, configure, and set up consumer durable products at customer sites.
- Troubleshooting and Repair:
- Identify and resolve technical problems with products, including hardware and software issues.
- Customer Interaction:
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their issues, provide solutions, and ensure their satisfaction.
- Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and solutions implemented.
- Product Knowledge:
- Possess a thorough understanding of the company&aposs consumer durable products, their features, and functionalities.
- Problem Solving:
- Develop and implement effective solutions to technical problems, often under time constraints.
- Safety:
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines when working with electrical and mechanical equipment.
- Training:
- Participate in ongoing training to stay up-to-date with the latest product information and technologies.
- Reporting:
- Prepare reports on service activities, customer issues, and product performance.
- Collaboration:
- Work with other team members, including sales, engineering, and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Technical Skills:Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and repair skills for consumer durable products.
- Product Knowledge:In-depth knowledge of the company&aposs consumer durable products and their functionalities.
- Customer Service Skills:Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Problem-Solving Skills:Ability to identify and resolve technical problems efficiently and effectively.

- Education and Experience:Graduate , Diploma or equivalent required;technical training or certification in a relevant field preferred;experience in consumer durable product support or repair preferred.
