Place: Bengaluru

Your Role and Responsibilities

Were looking for someone whos going to win our clients confidence by demonstrating a thorough understanding of the markets in which they operate, how the media works and a diligent approach to delivering flawless documents. To be considered for this role, youll need to show us experience in:

- Strategic planning and approach to client deliverables
- Mapping the relevant media universe for our clients
- Writing press releases and other forms of content
- Pitching stories to the media, following up and sharing coverage updates with clients
- Managing documentation related to the client and internal work
- Working with senior team members on converting new business opportunities

How Wed Expect You To Split Your Time

Very thoughtfully. But heres an indicative split as a guide:

- Client Relationship Management: 30%
- Media Relations: 50%
- Team Management & Mentorship: 10%
- New Business Development: 10%

What Youll Need (must haves for the role)

- 1 to 3 years relevant work experience in sectors like technology, technology led social impact and/or healthcare
- Proficiency in editing, writing and formatting of documents
- Experience of successfully managing client events (press conferences, media briefings, interactionsand follow-ups at national and regional level)

What Would Be Nice to Have

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Journalism/ Mass Communications/ Public Affairs/ Public Relations
- Experience managing technology or healthcare account portfolios
- Ability to integrate social media into PR plans
- Freshly brewed coffee-making skills. But don&apost worry, we won&apost judge you forit.
