At SiteMinder we believe the individual contributions of our employees are what drive our success That s why we hire and encourage diverse teams that include and respect a variety of voices identities backgrounds experiences and perspectives Our diverse and inclusive culture enables our employees to bring their unique selves to work and be proud of doing so It s in our differences that we will keep revolutionising the way for our customers We are better together What We Do We re people who love technology but know that hoteliers just want things to be simple So since 2006 we ve been constantly innovating our world-leading hotel commerce platform to help accommodation owners find and book more guests online - quickly and simply We ve helped everyone from boutique hotels to big chains enabling travellers to book igloos cabins castles holiday parks campsites pubs resorts Airbnbs and everything in between And today we re the world s leading open hotel commerce platform supporting 50 000 hotels in 150 countries - with over 130 million reservations processed by SiteMinder s technology every year About the Zuora Developer role The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of software development principles and a strong desire to learn and grow within the Zuora platform In this role you will work closely with senior developers and business stakeholders to configure customize and maintain our Zuora environment Primary responsibilities will focus on administrative and operational activities including resolving BAU cases and ensuring the smooth functioning of the Zuora platform Zuora Developer will collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure accurate integration between Zuora and other enterprise systems Salesforce Workday and internal systems What you ll do Understand Siteminder product configuration sales and billing cycle and associated technical implementations including Zuora integrations with Salesforce Workday and other internal systems Responsible for user management and actioning tickets within the designated SLA Troubleshoot and resolve billing-related issues Work with the Billing Ops team to seek clarity on the tickets and arrive at a resolution that would benefit the business Assist in configuring Products Rate plans and Promos Update tickets in line with defined processes ensuring accurate status clear comments and proper email communication Collaboratively develop and maintain integrations to Zuora along with Salesforce Workday and SiteMinder Engineering teams Contextualize Impacts - Identify impact of problems issues on business processes Design and develop workflows and reports within Zuora Maintain documentation for Project changes workflows and configs Use DeveloperTools Data Loader for bulk operations in Zuora Proactively learn new Zuora features and evaluate their applicability for adoption within our system Support the implementation and management of Price rise strategies within Siteminder by utilizing Zuora bulk loader tools What you have Solid understanding of SaaS billing concepts or subscription based platforms Good knowledge on the Zuora Object model Working knowledge of the Zuora platform including Zuora Administration Experience in Product Catalog Zuora Billing Payments and Reporting Hands-on experience in Zuora workflow to automate new requests and enhance the existing workflows Experience in dealing with Zuora APIs Understanding of the tax management applications Avalara Familiarity with SQL for querying data using ZOQL Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Invoices Payments and Credit Debit memos Understanding of integration concepts between Zuora and other enterprise systems Salesforce Workday Strong problem-solving mindset and collaborative approach Clear communication - verbal and written Respond and action cases on time Willingness and enthusiasm to learn Zuora in depth grow with the team Must be comfortable in rapidly changing and challenging work environment Our Perks Benefits - Hybrid working model in-office from home - Mental health and well-being initiatives - Paid birthday study and volunteering leave every year - Sponsored social clubs team events and celebrations - Employee Resource Groups ERG to help you connect and get involved - Investment in your personal growth offering training for your advancement Does this job sound like you If yes we d love for you to be part of our team Please send a copy of your resume and our Talent Acquisition team will be in touch When you apply please tell us the pronouns you use and any adjustments you may need during the interview process We encourage people from underrepresented groups to apply
