Job Description

Skan HR is a leading recruitment consultancy based in Gurgaon. For our client, a global aerospace company, we invite applications from legal professionals in Hyderabad.

Job description:

Legal:

Draft and negotiate the contracts (in particular purchasing contracts), agreements, and legal documents to protect the organization&aposs interests in India and support the development of centralized purchasing in India.

Prepare contractual claims and answer claims received in relation with contracts and agreements

Maintain a comprehensive record of all contracts, including their renewal timelines, and ensure timely follow-up and execution of renewal processes.

Keeping records of all legal files, ensuring accurate documentation in both physical and digital formats for easy access and retrieval.

Ensure timely updates on amendments in laws, regulations, and compliance requirements affecting the organization.

Compliance and Governance:

Assist in due diligence and other corporate activities.

Vendor/ supplier validation as per organization&aposs policies and procedures

Provide support in compliance audits and coordinate with internal and external auditors.

Maintain the archives.

. Assist with intellectual property registrations and renewals (if applicable).

. Handle correspondence, collate information, write reports and communicate decisions to relevant company stakeholders.

. Act as a point of contact for communication with regulators and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Educational Qualification: Qualified Law graduate having LLB degree.

Required Skills

- Experience: Minimum of 3 5 years of experience legal functions.
- Excellent drafting, good negotiation and communication skills.
- Having an experience to archive legal documents.

Preferred Skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to read in between the lines of any document and an eye for detail.
- Strong administrative skills and an aptitude for using IT software.
- Interpersonal skills and the ability to work with people at all levels.
- Discretion when handling confidential information.
