client administrative details and tax formsWork with a global team responsible for front-line client servicesMust consistently adhere to all internal proceduresBe pro-active in identifying problems Either work with peers on a resolution or escalate them to management Capture and channel user feedback to the management team to facilitate the continuous improvement of our products and servicesAd
