This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Min Experience: 1 years Location: Bengaluru JobType: full-time We are looking for a highly skilled Software Engineer 2 who can take full ownership of end-to-end engineering for a product track. You’ll play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered solutions—working closely with clients and internal stakeholders to turn complex challenges into scalable, production-ready systems. Requirements What You’ll Do - Architect, design, and build robust AI-driven software solutions from the ground up. - Take complete ownership of one or more product tracks—covering backend systems, infrastructure, integrations, and LLM workflows. - Collaborate directly with customers and cross-functional teams to define requirements, iterate rapidly, and deliver production-quality solutions. - Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and ensure engineering excellence. - Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and contribute to internal tools, frameworks, and best practices. Who You Are - 2–3 years of strong backend engineering experience. - Proven record of delivering and maintaining production-grade systems. - Proficient in Python, with experience in Django or FastAPI. - Skilled in PostgreSQL, AWS, and general system design principles. - Familiar with LangChain, LLM APIs, and vector databases (preferred). - Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Tech Stack You’ll Work With Languages & Frameworks: Python, Django, FastAPI Databases: PostgreSQL, Redis Infrastructure: AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, CloudWatch) AI Tools: LangChain, LLM APIs, Vector Databases Others: REST APIs, Microservices, GitHub Actions Example Projects You Might Work On - Developing a multi-agent AI assistant that automates personalized career guidance. - Deploying a chatbot that generates performance reviews using HR datasets. - Designing an LLM-powered system to help legal professionals access case laws and precedents in real time.
