This role is for one of the Weekday's clientsMin Experience: 1 years Location: Bengaluru JobType: full-time We are looking for a highly skilled Software Engineer 2 who can take full ownership of end-to-end engineering for a product track. You’ll play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered solutions—working closely with clients and internal stakeholders to turn complex challenges into scalable, production-ready systems. Requirements What You’ll Do Architect, design, and build robust AI-driven software solutions from the ground up. Take complete ownership of one or more product tracks—covering backend systems, infrastructure, integrations, and LLM workflows. Collaborate directly with customers and cross-functional teams to define requirements, iterate rapidly, and deliver production-quality solutions. Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and ensure engineering excellence. Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and contribute to internal tools, frameworks, and best practices. Who You Are 2–3 years of strong backend engineering experience. Proven record of delivering and maintaining production-grade systems. Proficient in Python , with experience in Django or FastAPI . Skilled in PostgreSQL , AWS , and general system design principles. Familiar with LangChain , LLM APIs , and vector databases (preferred). Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Tech Stack You’ll Work With Languages & Frameworks: Python, Django, FastAPIDatabases: PostgreSQL, RedisInfrastructure: AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, CloudWatch)AI Tools: LangChain, LLM APIs, Vector DatabasesOthers: REST APIs, Microservices, GitHub Actions Example Projects You Might Work On Developing a multi-agent AI assistant that automates personalized career guidance. Deploying a chatbot that generates performance reviews using HR datasets. Designing an LLM-powered system to help legal professionals access case laws and precedents in real time.
