Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and maintainability

Drive innovation and the adoption of new technologies, frameworks, and tools to enhance development processes and solutions

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product management, design, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of high-quality products

Plan and manage project timelines, resource allocation, and task assignments to ensure timely and successful project completion

Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and take proactive measures to mitigate them

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize technical requirements and dependencies

Stay updated with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation

Lead troubleshooting and debugging efforts to resolve complex technical issues and provide guidance to the team

Drive continuous integration and delivery practices to improve efficiency and quality of software releases

Collaborate with vendors and external partners to integrate third-party systems or components into the overall solution

Ensure compliance with relevant standards, regulations, and security practices

Participate in the recruitment and hiring process, including conducting technical interviews and evaluating candidates

Foster a collaborative and positive team culture, promoting knowledge sharing and effective communication
