Job Overview

We are hiring a Customer Support Fresher to assist with client communication, onboarding, and coordination across teams. This is a full-time, work-from-office opportunity in Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle client queries via WhatsApp, email, and phone
- Coordinate between internal teams (sales, technical, delivery)
- Assist in onboarding new clients and documenting processes
- Maintain CRM updates and follow-up records
- Learn and use tools like HubSpot, Zoho, and WhatsApp Business

Eligibility Criteria

- Freshers with good verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent in English and Hindi (preferred)
- Comfortable with client-facing interactions and follow-ups
- Basic knowledge of Excel and CRM tools (or willingness to learn)
- Eagerness to work in a fast-paced startup environment

Work Model

This is a Work from Office role. Daily attendance is required at our Sainikpuri, Hyderabad office.
