About Inspire Brands Hyderabad Support CenterInspire Brands is disrupting the restaurant industry through digital transformation and operational efficiencies The companys technology hub Inspire Brands Hyderabad Support Center India will lead technology innovation and product development for the organization and its portfolio of distinct brands The Inspire Brands Hyderabad Support Center will focus on developing new capabilities in data science data analytics eCommerce automation cloud computing and information security to accelerate the companys business strategy Inspire Brands Hyderabad Support Center will also host an innovation lab and collaborate with start-ups to develop solutions for productivity optimization workforce management loyalty management payments systems and more About Inspire Brands Inspire Brands is disrupting the restaurant industry through digital transformation and operational efficiencies The companys technology hub Inspire Brands Hyderabad Support Center India will lead technology innovation and product development for the organization and its portfolio of distinct brands The Inspire Brands Hyderabad Support Center will focus on developing new capabilities in data science data analytics eCommerce automation cloud computing and information security to accelerate the companys business strategy Inspire Brands Hyderabad Support Center will also host an innovation lab and collaborate with start-ups to develop solutions for productivity optimization workforce management loyalty management payments systems and more To contribute to the achievement of company and department goals through the compilation and review of the financial statements Compliance with all accounting policies and procedures and Sarbanes Oxley requirements is expected RESPONSIBILITIES Validate accuracy of polled sales through the use of auditing exception query investigations and resolution of issues Reconcile daily cash credit card and gift card deposits using TRECS Software and communicate to both Ops and the Sr Accountant all late missing deposits and change order payments and follow up on existing uncollected unreconciled items to resolution in a timely manner Ensure accurate P L s each period through exception query investigation and resolution for all sales revenue and cash over short expenses as well as verify paid out receipts turned in the Accounting Packets Assist in the balance sheet reconciliations for all depository bank accounts credit card account and gift card accounts in TRECS and assist in the balance sheet reconciliation for all receivable accounts including catering campus cards and mobile delivery orders Provide high levels of customer service to Restaurant Managers AS s and DO s Communicate accounting procedures to operations and provide support so that all restaurants are in compliance Perform all of the above responsibilities while maintaining 100 compliance with Sarbanes Oxley requirements and internal policies and procedures Maintain an attitude of flexibility that allows performance above and beyond the parameters of this position description exhibiting a team player attitude EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS 4-year degree in Accounting Certified Public Accountant track preferred REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE SKILLS or ABILITIES Flexible hands-on self-starter with strong initiative and work ethic Capacity to ask questions and acquire knowledge from guidance and team discussions Must be able to understand multiple US GAAP concepts and apply that knowledge to real-life situations Effective at communicating with other departments and outside auditors on a regular basis over multiple platforms in a timely manner Analytical skills to draft memos emails and footnotes Ability to shift priorities as needed to make progress on multiple brands projects and workstreams simultaneously Team player who works with an appropriate sense of urgency and ownership to meet deadlines Proficient in Excel e g pivot tables lookups etc Inspire Brands is a multi-brand restaurant company whose portfolio includes nearly 32 000 Arby s Baskin-Robbins Buffalo Wild Wings Dunkin Jimmy John s and SONIC Drive-In restaurants worldwide Were made up of some of the world s most iconic restaurant brands but were much more than just a restaurant company Were a team of hundreds of thousands who individually and collectively are changing the way people eat drink and gather around the table We know that food is much more than a stapleif it s an experience At Inspire That s our purpose To ignite and nourish flavorful experiences
