Job Posting Quality Engineer - Fabrication Company MOS TECHNO ENGINEERS Location Surajpur Greater Noida Experience Required 0-2 Years Industry Oil Gas Fabrication Salary In-hand 18 000 - 20 000 per month Position Summary The Quality Engineer - Fabrication will be responsible for monitoring and controlling quality processes in fabrication welding and assembly operations This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who want to build expertise in fabrication quality assurance and compliance with global standards Key Responsibilities Implement and maintain Quality Management Systems QMS for fabrication projects in line with ISO API ASME standards Conduct inspections of fabricated components weld joints and assemblies to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications Monitor welding procedures welder qualifications and consumable control Support and coordinate Non-Destructive Testing NDT activities such as radiography ultrasonic and dye penetrant testing Verify material certificates dimensional checks and fabrication records Prepare and maintain inspection reports quality documentation and compliance records Collaborate with fabrication shop teams to resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement Qualifications B Tech in Mechanical Production related engineering discipline 0-2 years of experience in quality assurance control preferably in fabrication oil gas or heavy engineering industries Knowledge of welding processes SMAW GTAW GMAW WPS PQR and welder qualification standards Familiarity with fabrication codes and standards ASME AWS API ASTM ISO Strong analytical documentation and communication skills Skills Competencies Understanding of fabrication and welding quality assurance practices Exposure to inspection techniques visual dimensional NDT Ability to interpret fabrication drawings P ID and technical specifications Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools Team-oriented mindset with problem-solving ability Interested candidates are invited to submit their updated CV mos purchase1 gmail com Please mention Quality Engineer in the subject line Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 18 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month
