Job Description – Waiter / Junior Waiter Location: Mon Petit Frère, Colva, Goa Reports To: Floor Supervisor / Restaurant Manager Employment Type: Full-time Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience) Overview We are looking for enthusiastic and service-oriented individuals to join our front-of-house team as Waiters / Junior Waiters. The role involves providing attentive guest service, maintaining restaurant standards, and supporting smooth daily operations. Candidates should have good communication skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Key Responsibilities Guest Service - Welcome and seat guests with professionalism. - Present menus, explain specials, and take accurate orders. - Serve food and beverages promptly and correctly. - Respond to guest requests and escalate issues when necessary. - Ensure guest satisfaction through attentive service and follow-ups. Operational Duties - Set, clear, and reset tables quickly and efficiently. - Maintain cleanliness and order of dining areas and service stations. - Stock, polish, and replenish cutlery, crockery, glassware, condiments, and supplies. - Assist with opening and closing duties as per shift requirements. Teamwork & Support - Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service flow. - Support colleagues during peak hours and ensure efficient teamwork. - Guide and assist new or junior staff as required. - Be open to training and development to progress to senior roles. Requirements - Previous experience in F&B service preferred, but not mandatory. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Positive attitude, punctuality, and attention to detail. - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. - Willingness to learn and grow within the hospitality industry.
