One of our clients a Top Tier 1 IT Services Company is looking to hire for a BPO Recruitment role. Role: BPO Recruitment Location- Hyderabad, NCR Experience - 5 to 10 years Level - SA & M Position type: Permanent Job Summary: The Senior Associate – BPO Recruitment will be responsible for end-to-end hiring for voice, non-voice, blended, and support roles within the BPO domain. This role involves sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, ensuring quick closures, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. Key Responsibilities: 1. End-to-End Recruitment - Manage full-cycle recruitment for BPO (voice & non-voice) positions. - Understand job requirements and create detailed job postings. - Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases. 2. Screening & Shortlisting - Conduct telephonic screening to assess communication skills, experience, and job fit. - Evaluate candidates for Voice/Non-Voice process suitability. - Share shortlisted profiles with hiring managers and coordinate interviews. 3. Candidate Management - Schedule interviews (telephonic, F2F, virtual) and ensure smooth communication. - Conduct pre-joining formalities and documentation. - Maintain strong follow-up to reduce dropouts and ensure timely closures. 4. Stakeholder Collaboration - Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and workforce planning. - Provide regular hiring updates and dashboards. - Ensure alignment with business goals and hiring timelines. 5. Database & Reporting - Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases. - Prepare weekly/monthly hiring reports and performance metrics. - Ensure adherence to company recruitment policies and compliance standards. Required Skills & Competencies: - Strong experience in BPO hiring (voice/non-voice, fresher & experienced). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. - Good negotiation and coordination skills. - Proficiency in MS Excel, ATS tools, and job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.). - Strong understanding of BPO hiring trends and market availability. Educational Qualification: - Bachelor’s Degree in any stream. - MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred but not mandatory).
