Head of Production - Textile Embroidery Operations Miracle Hub is hiring for our esteemed client a leading and well-established textile and embroidery firm renowned for its quality products and growing market presence Designation Head of Production - Textile Embroidery Operations Experience 10 years Senior Leadership Role Location Surat Sachin Industry Textile Manufacturing Specialized Embroidery Role Summary We are seeking a seasoned and results-driven Head of Production to take full ownership of the manufacturing and operational output across our client s specialized textile and embroidery units This is a critical leadership role responsible for ensuring superior quality maximizing efficiency and delivering all client orders on time and on budget The ideal candidate is a deep domain expert who can drive operational excellence Key Responsibilities Production Leadership Oversight Provide strategic leadership and tactical oversight for all day-to-day production processes within the textile and specialized embroidery units ensuring adherence to quality standards and production schedules Operational Efficiency Cost Management Actively identify plan and implement cost-saving measures and process efficiency improvements e g lean manufacturing principles to optimize resource utilization and reduce waste in fabric handling and embroidery processes Quality Control Compliance Establish and enforce stringent Quality Control QC protocols specific to textile finishing dyeing fabric integrity and embroidery perfection ensuring all products meet the company s high standards and client specifications Inventory Logistics Management Oversee the complete inventory lifecycle including raw material fabric thread embellishments procurement storage movement and finished goods inventory to guarantee timely dispatch and minimize holding costs Cross-Functional Coordination Serve as the critical link between the Design Marketing and Sales teams to ensure clear communication alignment on order specifications and seamless translation of design concepts into high-quality manufactured goods Team Vendor Management Lead mentor and manage the production workforce Coordinate effectively with critical third-party vendors contractors and suppliers to ensure material availability and maintenance standards Must-Have Requirements Experience Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in Production or Operations Management specifically within the Textile Manufacturing Garment or Embroidery Industry Domain Knowledge Deep verifiable knowledge of textile production processes including loom operations finishing specialized embroidery techniques machine and manual and textile quality parameters Leadership Problem Solving Proven track record in a senior leadership capacity demonstrating strong team management strategic planning and hands-on decisive problem-solving abilities on the factory floor Technical Skills Experience implementing ERP systems or similar operational software for inventory production planning and quality tracking is a plus Business Acumen Demonstrated success in implementing efficiency measures cost control initiatives and managing large-scale production budgets What We Offer A senior impactful leadership role with a reputed firm at the forefront of the textile and embroidery industry The autonomy to drive and implement significant manufacturing excellence and cost-efficiency projects Competitive salary and professional growth opportunities commensurate with 10 years of experience Job Type Full-time Pay 35 000 00 - 65 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Work Location In person
