- Sales Executive - 1C (1Charging) - Location: Lucknow/Prayagraj/Kanpur/Ayodhya - Job Type: Full-Time About Massive Mobility: Massive Mobility is building the future of clean transportation by creating advanced EV charging infrastructure. Our flagship product, 1C (1Charging), is a smart and reliable EV charging solution designed for homes, businesses, and public spaces. Along with our Charging Management System (CMS) and EV app, we make EV adoption smoother, smarter, and more accessible across India and beyond. Role & Responsibilities As a Sales Executive, you will drive business growth for 1C by: - Selling franchise opportunities for 1C charging stations. - Driving sales of 1C EV chargers to residential, commercial, and institutional customers. - Identifying and building relationships with RWAs, fleet operators, real estate developers, and businesses. - Managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. - Achieving monthly sales targets and reporting performance metrics. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field (preferred). - 1-3 years of sales experience (franchise, B2B, or channel sales preferred). - Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Target-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable with field sales. - Experience in EV, energy, or tech products is a plus.
