Position: Field Sales Executive

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Department: Sales & Business Development

Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in CPCB-approved compostable/biodegradable poly bag industry or any other plastic products manufacturing or packaging

Biometa Polypack is a CPCB-approved manufacturer of 100% compostable bags and films. From Retail shopping bags to Anti-Static bags for electronics and more and films for industrial applications and outer packaging, we provide eco-friendly alternatives to plastic and paper packaging.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Field Sales Executive with proven experience in the compostable poly bag and films industry. The candidate will be responsible for driving B2B sales, building strong client relationships, and expanding market reach across retail, hospitality, pharma, quick-commerce, industrial, and government sectors.

Key Responsibilities

* Generate and convert leads in targeted sectors (Retail, Pharma, Hospitality, Quick-commerce, MSMEs, Government bodies).

* Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and direct clients.

* Educate clients on CPCB compliance and eco-friendly advantages of compostable packaging.

* Conduct market visits, cold calls, and client meetings to grow business.

* Coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery, pricing, and after-sales service.

* Provide competitor intelligence and market insights.

* Prepare daily/weekly sales reports.

Required Qualifications & Skills

* Minimum 3 years of sales experience in compostable/CPCB poly bag and films industry.

* Strong understanding of biodegradable packaging regulations & compliance.

* Proven track record of B2B sales and achieving revenue targets.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

* Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel extensively within Ahmedabad and nearby regions.

* Graduate degree (preferred in Sales/Marketing/Commerce).
