Company Overview Satvam Nutrifoods Limited headquartered in Ahmedabad is a leading name in the food production industry Emphasizing purity and authenticity Satvam is renowned for creating spices and associated products that meet the highest standards of quality and hygiene Our company is dedicated to delivering products that retain their innate purity ensuring consumer satisfaction and trust With a team of 201-500 employees we are committed to excellence in all aspects of our operations Job Overview Satvam Nutrifoods Limited is seeking a detail-oriented MIS Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad This is a full-time position requiring the candidate to manage information systems enabling accurate data analysis and reporting The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with essential data functions Qualifications and Skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel including advanced functions like VLOOKUP and creating Pivot Tables Mandatory skill Strong ability to interpret data and generate comprehensive reports for management review Experience with database management and data entry tasks to ensure data accuracy and integrity Must have an excellent command of Microsoft Office applications for effective documentation and communication Analytical skills to assess data patterns and provide insights that can aid in decision-making processes Detail-oriented with the capability to manage large volumes of data efficiently without compromising on accuracy Collaborative spirit to work alongside team members and departments to align on data-driven objectives Effective communication skills to present findings and support data-driven decisions across the organization Roles and Responsibilities Develop and maintain MIS reports to facilitate operational efficiency and data driven decision making Analyze data and generate reports to provide management insights into company performance and trends Regularly update and maintain data systems ensuring data accuracy and integrity at all times Liaise with various departments to coordinate on data needs and establish improved process flows Support management in data analysis tasks needed for strategic planning and decision-making processes Ensure timely data entry and prepare periodic reports for management review and feedback Identify data discrepancies and implement corrective actions to address issues promptly Assist in automating processes using Excel VBA or other tools to improve reporting efficiency
