Responsibilities

- ClickUp Optimization & Management – Design, implement, and maintain efficient workflows within ClickUp.
- Process Automation – Develop automation and integrations to streamline repetitive tasks and improve team productivity.
- Template Creation & Standardization – Build reusable task, project, and document templates to ensure consistency.
- Team Training & Support – Train team members on ClickUp best practices and provide ongoing support for process improvements.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting – Set up dashboards and reporting tools to track productivity and project health.
- Customization & Scalability – Continuously optimize ClickUp configurations to meet the evolving needs of the company.
- Collaboration with Leadership – Work closely with department heads to align ClickUp workflows with business objectives.
- Troubleshooting & Support – Address system issues, manage permissions, and ensure seamless functionality across teams.

Qualifications

- Experience – 2+ years of proven experience as a ClickUp Expert, Project Manager, or Workflow Specialist.
- Technical Proficiency – Deep understanding of ClickUp features, automation, and integrations.
- Process Improvement Mindset – Strong ability to analyze workflows and implement more efficient systems.
- Communication Skills – Excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain technical processes to non-technical team members.
- Training & Support Experience – Previous experience training teams on ClickUp or similar project management tools.
- Problem-Solving Skills – Ability to troubleshoot system issues and create scalable solutions.
- Attention to Detail – Strong organizational skills and ability to manage complex project structures.
- Self-Motivated & Proactive – Able to take initiative and drive workflow improvements independently.
