Key responsibilities include:
1. Be a partner to Sales by:
o Engaging with Sales through the sales cycle to uncover insights into the potential client's challenges.
o Creating proposals and pitch decks that accurately capture these challenges and provide the right solution.
o Augmenting the Sales team's understanding of the solution / product.
o Conducting competitor and industry research and writing insightful reports that summarize the findings.
2. Enhance the client's buying journey by:
o Attempting to mitigate the client's problem by proposing the appropriate company product and/or solution (through discussions with Technical team).
o Developing tools for engagement strategies (e.g., case studies, whitepapers, capability documents, etc.) throughout the sales cycle, as needed, to help the client perceive the company as a true partner and collaborator.
3. Be an efficient, proactive team member by:
o Predicting Sales' requirements (through structured, timely discussions with them) and creating templated content for their use.
o Auditing existing collateral and refreshing or deleting it.
o Improving the current operations through innovative ways of working.
Duration- 12 months
Capacity- Full time
Location- Remote (with the ability to travel to the Mumbai office as needed)
Skills Required
- Minimum 5 years in Sales or Presales roles with some content creation responsibilities
- Exceptional written communication, specifically in creating sales enablement content
- Visual storytelling to create engaging and persuasive pitch decks
- Research and analytical skills to carry-out competitor and industry research and derive appropriate insights from it
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage and work with cross-functional teams
- Excellent time management and work planning skills
- Flexibility to adjust to shifting priorities and business needs
- Highly emotionally intelligent; ability to self-regulate to maintain professionalism under pressure
- Excellent knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
