Job Category General Business Management Degree Level Bachelor s Degree Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Performance Management SLA Oversight Monitor and manage service levels KPIs and operational metrics for third-party I2P activities Conduct participate in regular reviews with vendors to track performance identify issues and drive corrective actions Contract Compliance Management Ensure outsourced I2P activities are compliant with company policies SOX internal controls and audit requirements Manage system accesses for the third party team members Partner with internal control audit and procurement teams to ensure adherence to policy and risk frameworks Process Excellence Continuous Improvement Drive initiatives committed in the contract for process harmonization automation and standardization in partnership with the third-party GPOs and Sub GPOs Drive lean initiatives and ensure adoption of best practices Stakeholder Engagement Act as the key interface between internal stakeholders GPOs Sub GPOs finance procurement IT and external vendors Proactively communicate service performance escalations and improvement plans Transition Transformation Support Support transition of new I2P activities to third-party vendors ensuring proper documentation training and controls are in place Lead or support change management initiatives impacting third-party-delivered processes Risk Issue Management Maintain a risk issue log for third-party services and lead resolution of operational issues or escalations Ensure business continuity plans are in place and tested for outsourced I2P activities Qualifications Bachelor s degree in finance Accounting Business or related field MBA or professional certification CPA is a plus 7 years of experience in P2P I2P operations with at least 3 years managing third-party service providers or BPO relationships Experience in shared services or GBS environment preferred Strong understanding of I2P processes controls and automation levers e g OCR RPA e-invoicing platforms Proven track record of vendor management governance and driving operational excellence Skills Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication negotiation and stakeholder management abilities Vendor governance and performance management expertise Knowledge of ERP systems Oracle and workflow tools High level of integrity and attention to detail Comfortable working in a matrixed fast-paced global environment About Us A global leader in applied safety science UL Solutions NYSE ULS transforms safety security and sustainability challenges into opportunities for customers in more than 110 countries UL Solutions delivers testing inspection and certification services together with software products and advisory offerings that support our customers product innovation and business growth The UL Mark serves as a recognized symbol of trust in our customers products and reflects an unwavering commitment to advancing our safety mission We help our customers innovate launch new products and services navigate global markets and complex supply chains and grow sustainably and responsibly into the future Our science is your advantage
