Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analyst:

1. Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources for actionable insights.
2. Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
3. Assist in the design and implementation of data models and predictive analytics.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver insights.

Business Analyst:

1. Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
2. Develop functional specifications, process flow diagrams, and system requirements.
3. Support business process optimization and identify opportunities for improvement.
4. Assist in the development and implementation of business solutions.

SQL Developer:

1. Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, manipulation, and reporting.
2. Design, maintain, and troubleshoot databases to ensure efficiency and integrity.
3. Develop stored procedures, views, and triggers for complex data operations.
4. Collaborate with technical teams to integrate database solutions into applications.

Requirements:

- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field with strong academic performance.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Excel; basic knowledge of data analytics tools (e.g., Python, R, Power BI, or Tableau) is a plus.
- Familiarity with SQL and relational databases (MySQL, Oracle, or PostgreSQL).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to adapt and learn new technologies quickly.
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership.

- Internship or project experience related to data analysis, business analysis, or SQL development.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
- Exposure to Agile methodologies.
- Basic understanding of business processes and requirements gathering.
