Job Description:

Essential Skills Required

Insurance domain knowledge and experience in insurance domain preferably Brokerage including New Business Placement Policy Servicing Billing and Claims Managements

Having financial or business analysis experience

Experience of working on projects in Data Conversion and migration

Experience of working on any Reporting Tools such as Power BI Tableau etc

Proven strong quantitative abilities

Demonstrating proficiency in Microsoft Office programs such as Excel and PowerPoint

Showing knowledge of standard accounting procedures

Sound interpersonal communication skills

Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate project teams

Ability to lead and work with a cross functional team

Basic MS SQL knowledge is preferable

Experience of working in Agile projects

Preferred Employment Experience

Minimum 6 years of Business Analysis with at least 4 Years of Reporting Analytics in Insurance Functions such as Policy Billing Accounting Commission Reconciliation etc

Responsible for the implementation and support of business information systems across multiple departments

Creation of Dashboards Analytical Reports including Business Reports such as Premium Statements Commissions Statements Reconciliation Reports based on Department LoB Period Business Unit etc

Creating a detailed business analysis outlining problems opportunities and solutions for the business

Defining business requirements Epics User Stories and playback to stakeholders

Defining Functional Test Scenarios Test Cases

Actively participate in the development lifecycle

Identify gaps in requirements collaborate for resolution

Leverage inhouse synergies through collaboration with internal stakeholders

Conducting Functional Testing
