This role is for one of the Weekday s clients Salary range Rs 2200000 - Rs 3000000 ie INR 22-30 LPA Min Experience 10 years Location Gurgaon JobType full-time As the AVP - Human Resources you will play a strategic leadership role in driving all facets of the HR function including talent acquisition performance management payroll compliance and HR reporting You will help shape a high-performing people-first culture by attracting top talent fostering engagement and aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals Your insights will directly influence key business decisions and support the company s long-term growth strategy Requirements Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition Retention Lead end-to-end recruitment initiatives build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline and design effective retention strategies to reduce attrition Performance Management Rewards Develop performance frameworks design incentive and recognition programs and drive a culture of accountability and excellence Policy Development Formulate review and implement HR policies related to conduct inclusion compliance and employee well-being in line with organizational goals Payroll Compliance Oversee accurate payroll management through HRMS systems and ensure adherence to all applicable labor laws and statutory requirements Appraisals Succession Planning Manage performance evaluations develop fair and transparent appraisal processes and collaborate with leadership on succession planning and employee development Learning Development Promote continuous learning through training programs workshops and mentorship initiatives that enhance employee capability and career progression HR Operations Reporting Maintain precise HR data and analytics generate periodic reports and support financial planning through workforce insights Employee Engagement Design and execute engagement initiatives that build morale encourage collaboration and sustain a positive workplace culture Requirements Master s degree or HR-related certification required 10 years of progressive HR experience including at least 5 years in a leadership capacity Proven expertise in HR Operations Talent Acquisition and Learning Development Strong knowledge of labor laws compliance frameworks and HR best practices Exceptional leadership communication and stakeholder management skills
