Responsibilities

- Take care of bank customers and build strong relationships.
- Keep records of customer talks for future use.
- Suggest right products to match customer needs.
- Help customers use more bank services.
- Solve customer issues quickly.
- Bring in new customers through leads and referrals.
- Talk to customer's family and friends to grow business.
- Support team with special tasks when needed.

Qualification & Experience

- Graduate or equivalent
- Good English speaking skills
- 15 years of sales or customer relationship experience (preferred)
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
- Comfortable with numbers and Excel
- Has a strong sales record
