About the Role Cogniter Technologies is seeking a creative passionate and detail-driven Designer to join our dynamic team In this role you will bring ideas to life through visually compelling designs that strengthen our brand presence across digital and print platforms You ll collaborate with our marketing development and content teams to create designs that are not only beautiful but also purposeful and impactful Key Responsibilities - Design and develop creative assets for digital platforms including websites social media and email campaigns as well as print materials such as brochures flyers and banners - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality visuals aligned with brand objectives - Maintain visual consistency and uphold brand standards across all projects - Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends tools and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the table - Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality - Prepare and optimize final design files for digital and print production Required Skills Qualifications - Bachelors degree or diploma in Graphic Design Fine Arts or a related field - 13 years of proven design experience portfolio required - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop Illustrator InDesign XD Figma etc - Strong understanding of typography color theory layout design and branding principles - Excellent creativity attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced team-oriented environment Preferred Skills - Experience in UI UX design for web or mobile applications - Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing After Effects Premiere Pro - Understanding of brand identity design and development ref updazz com
