Cogniter Technologies is seeking a creative, passionate, and detail-driven Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will bring ideas to life through visually compelling designs that strengthen our brand presence across digital and print platforms. You'll collaborate with our marketing, development, and content teams to create designs that are not only beautiful but also purposeful and impactful.

### Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop creative assets for digital platforms including websites, social media, and email campaigns, as well as print materials such as brochures, flyers, and banners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality visuals aligned with brand objectives.
  • Maintain visual consistency and uphold brand standards across all projects.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the table.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
  • Prepare and optimize final design files for digital and print production.

### Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of proven design experience (portfolio required).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, Figma, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and branding principles.
  • Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

### Preferred Skills

  • Experience in UI/UX design for web or mobile applications.
  • Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Understanding of brand identity design and development.
