Zeta4 Water Solutions is seeking a skilled and experienced Foreman to oversee the operations of our manufacturing and wastewater treatment facilities The Foreman will play a crucial role in managing daily activities supervising workers ensuring safety and maintaining the quality of our processes This role demands a strong leader who can effectively coordinate between different teams and ensure compliance with operational standards 1 Experience and Education Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering Industrial Engineering or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or wastewater treatment facility Proven experience with wastewater treatment processes including electrocoagulation is highly desirable 2 Technical Skills Strong understanding of mechanical systems and wastewater treatment processes Proficiency in using tools and equipment related to water treatment and industrial operations Ability to read and interpret technical drawings schematics and manuals 3 Leadership and Communication Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively Strong communication skills both verbal and written for interacting with staff and management Problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure 4 Safety and Compliance In-depth knowledge of health safety and environmental regulations Experience in conducting safety training and enforcing compliance 5 Organisational Skills Strong organisational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and documentation Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Paid sick time Schedule Day shift Evening shift Monday to Friday Morning shift Weekend availability Supplemental pay types Overtime pay Experience Must have 6 years Required Work Location In person
