System Administrator / Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled System Administrator/Engineer to join our Core Unix global system admin team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Linux, AIX, and networking.

This role involves working on global projects and rollouts, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and developing solutions to complex technical problems.

As a System Administrator/Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and administration of Linux systems, including RHEL, SLES, and CentOS.

You will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, as well as implementing security measures to protect our systems and data.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and have a strong passion for technology and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and administer Linux systems, including RHEL, SLES, and CentOS
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Implement security measures to protect systems and data
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions to complex technical problems
  • Work on global projects and rollouts

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of relevant experience in Linux system administration
  • Strong background in Linux, AIX, and networking
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Passion for technology and innovation

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Foreman, ELK, and Grafana
