Key Responsibilities: - Identify, evaluate, and pursue partnership opportunities to strengthen and expand the business portfolio. - Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing partners to drive sustainable growth. - Research and explore new markets, channels, and lead-generation opportunities. - Conduct in-person client meetings across assigned territories to build credibility and long-term relationships. - Work closely with leadership and internal teams to negotiate, finalize, and close business deals. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant discipline. - 3-5 years of hands-on experience in business development, sales, or relationship management within a related industry. - Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent interpersonal abilities. - Proven experience in planning and executing business development strategies. - Highly motivated, target-driven, and results-focused mindset. - Working knowledge of financial concepts and industry terminology. - Fluency in English and Hindi; proficiency in a regional language is an added advantage. - Ownership of a personal vehicle (preferably a two-wheeler) is beneficial. - Willingness to travel extensively within the Delhi or Pune regions as required. - Prior experience engaging with CXOs and senior stakeholders through meetings, presentations, or proposals is mandatory.
