Job Title: Relationship Manager - Field Sales (Pune & Noida) Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive and performance-oriented Relationship Manager - Field Sales to drive partner engagement and generate new business opportunities. The role involves building strong professional relationships, identifying growth prospects, and executing strategic initiatives to support business expansion. The ideal candidate will bring excellent communication skills, sound judgment, and a consistent record of achieving business development goals. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, evaluate, and pursue partnership opportunities to strengthen and expand the business portfolio. - Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing partners to drive sustainable growth. - Research and explore new markets, channels, and lead-generation opportunities. - Conduct in-person client meetings across assigned territories to build credibility and long-term relationships. - Work closely with leadership and internal teams to negotiate, finalize, and close business deals. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant discipline. - 3-5 years of hands-on experience in business development, sales, or relationship management within a related industry. - Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent interpersonal abilities. - Proven experience in planning and executing business development strategies. - Highly motivated, target-driven, and results-focused mindset. - Working knowledge of financial concepts and industry terminology. - Fluency in English and Hindi; proficiency in a regional language is an added advantage. - Ownership of a personal vehicle (preferably a two-wheeler) is beneficial. - Willingness to travel extensively within the Delhi or Pune regions as required. - Prior experience engaging with CXOs and senior stakeholders through meetings, presentations, or proposals is mandatory.
