About the Role Join our dynamic team as an Engineering Product Owner leading innovative software application development in the domains of retail and commerce. You will steer engineering teams, advocate for customer needs, and shape the integration of advanced LLMs and agentic workflows into business solutions. Key Responsibilities - Define product strategy and vision aligned with retail and commerce business priorities. - Lead and manage engineering teams throughout the software development lifecycle using agile methodologies. - Drive design and delivery of agentic workflows and LLM-powered features for enterprise-grade applications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, QA, analytics) to realize product goals. - Document features, user stories, and product requirements; manage the development backlog. - Perform competitive analysis and optimize roadmap for customer-centric outcomes. - Ensure technical feasibility and scalable architectures for retail and commerce solutions. - Guide product go-to-market strategies, monitor performance, and report KPIs post-launch. Requirements - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field (preferred). - 5+ years experience in software product ownership or technical product management. - Demonstrated expertise with LLMs (Large Language Models) and agentic workflow design. - Hands-on experience with modern software development and deployment (Agile/Scrum). - Proven management and mentoring of engineering teams in retail or commerce verticals. - Deep understanding of software architecture, APIs, and technical documentation. - Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement capabilities. - Proficient in backlog management tools (JIRA, Trello, etc.) and user story mapping. - Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and outcome orientation.
