Unlike traditional skill-building NGOs, Nimaya is laser-focused on preparing women for the AI-powered digital economy—not just with skills, but with aspiration and identity. To date, Nimaya has empowered 3,900+ Nimaya Naaris across Maharashtra, Gujarat, and Haryana through partnerships with UN Women, Mumbai Police, SEWA, FICCI-FLO, and more. About Gen AI Naari Training program Our GenAI Naari Training program is a completely free-of-cost upskilling initiative that focuses on providing highest quality training to college-going girls (18-24 years) from restrictive circumstances to enable them to navigate a future of AI-driven workplaces. The program is delivered through a hybrid model (offline and online) and it spans approximately 40 hours with special focus on hands-on, activity-based learning. Participants engage in practical projects, simulations and collaborative exercises that reinforce AI-enabled productivity and smart workplace readiness. What’s exciting about this role? As a trainer, you’ll upskill them in the fundamentals of how to prompt Generative AI tools and workplace readiness—equipping them with the tools, confidence, and resilience to succeed in a rapidly changing environment. Through interactive sessions, real-world examples, and a strong focus on soft skills, you’ll help break barriers, dismantle the glass ceiling, and unlock opportunities for the next generation of women leaders. Key Responsibilities: 1. Introduce daughters of farmers and semi urban women to fundamentals of using AI Tools 2. Introduce tools like ChatGPT, Canva, SlidesAI and more, in their classrooms and workplaces. 3. Leverage our proprietary curriculum & content to deliver lessons on subjects such as critical thinking, creative problem solving and effective communication 4. Support the team with administrative aspects such as attendance, conducting assessments and enabling vlog shoots / live reporting of lessons Requirements: - Strong grasp of GenAI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva, smart prompting) and ability to simplify complex concepts. - Possesses a track record of 1+ years in leading training sessions in both online and offline settings, with a preference for experience in teaching young-adults & adults. - Demonstrates a keen understanding of the needs and nuances of our target audience (youth). - Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with learners, facilitate a supportive learning environment and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders. - Flexible and adaptable to changing program needs and learner needs. - Strong organizational skills to train multiple cohorts of learners and track their progress. - Excels in communication, ensuring information is conveyed effectively and with impact. - Is proficient in delivering training sessions in Hindi and English If you are interested, please write us an email with the subject “GenAI Trainer, Kurukshetra” along with your CV at vaishnavi@nimaya.in or call +91 9741229818 for more information.
