About the Role Are you an experienced sales professional passionate about international real estate? Hogar Properties, one of Dubai's leading and fast-growing real estate agencies, is looking for talented Indian language-speaking Real Estate Specialists across India. This is an excellent opportunity to represent Dubai's premium property portfolio, work remotely, and earn industry-leading commissions. You will assist clients across India in exploring, investing, and acquiring properties in Dubai's thriving real estate market. Key Responsibilities - Advise clients on property purchases, sales, and investment opportunities in Dubai. - Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through professional guidance and transparency. - Conduct property presentations, virtual consultations, and online tours for prospective investors. - Participate in webinars and promotional campaigns to showcase Dubai's real estate offerings. - Manage client data, follow-ups, and CRM updates to ensure consistent lead management. - Collaborate with Dubai headquarters to stay aligned with project launches, pricing, and marketing initiatives. What We're Looking For - Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate, property sales, or client consultancy. - Fluency in any Indian language (Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, Bengali, etc.) and English. - Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills. - Ambitious, target-driven, and confident personality. - Professional presentation and the ability to engage clients effectively. - Awareness of Dubai's real estate trends or willingness to undergo training.
