Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Vapi, with some flexibility for remote work. The role entails developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and build lasting client relationships. Daily responsibilities include identifying and nurturing potential leads, collaborating with the marketing team to create campaigns, delivering efficient customer service, and providing training to enhance the performance of the sales team. The specialist will also manage sales processes to meet business goals and ensure client satisfaction. Qualifications - Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. - Proven expertise in Sales, with the ability to identify new opportunities and negotiate deals. - Experience in Training and Sales Management to mentor team members and optimize sales processes. - Proficiency in developing and executing marketing strategies to align with sales objectives. - Proactive problem-solving skills, adaptability, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. - Familiarity with the real estate industry is an advantage. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
