Company Description Ramboll in India Ramboll has more than 1 000 experts working across five offices in India applying their passion to deliver innovative solutions in markets as diverse as Buildings Transport Planning Urban Design Water Environment Health and Energy Founded in Denmark Ramboll is a people company We invite you to contribute to a sustainable future working in an open collaborative and empowering culture As our new Principal Designer-BIM REC you will be part of a world class innovation driven engineering design center owned by an independent trust and its employees REC is a highly sophisticated center of engineering excellence and based in our India head office in Gurgaon Working in partnership with all our established offices globally the Ramboll Engineering Centre REC is a center for excellence in design by offering optimized solutions to the rest of the organization Your key tasks and responsibilities will be Create work on 2D drawings and 3D models for bridge underground metro stations port marine projects co-ordinate with other team members of the drafting modelling team in accomplishing complex tasks Is responsible for technical correctness and timely delivery of the drawings 3D models and documents Proficiency in AutoCAD Tekla is a must Knowledge in Rhino grasshopper MicroStation and Revit is desirable Hands on experience with bridge drawings quantity estimation etc Will coordinate with technical manager or concerned engineers for input of drafting work in each project Conversance with Euro code Swedish drawing standards will be an add-on Exercises self-discipline and work ethic respect and follow company policies and procedures Qualifications Diploma in Civil Engineering or ITI Trained Professional with 8-14 years of professional experience Candidate with B Tech will have the edge over others Experience in bridge work preparing general arrangement reinforcement drawings and reinforcement detailing 2D and 3D modelling is mandatory Should have knowledge of steel and concrete detailing standards Must have experience on international project Swedish experience is an advantage 3D reinforcement modelling skills will be an advantage Self-motivated team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision Flexible attitude in an environment with frequently changing deadlines can be relied on to meet deadlines Personal qualities that will help you succeed in this role include Strong knowledge of AutoCAD Tekla and good level of written and spoken English Additional Information Welcome to our Buildings division Ramboll is among the top 10 building designers in the world Annually we work on more than 10 000 building projects and we combine local insights with a global network of bright minds with specialist expertise Together we challenge assumptions in the interest of creating more practical sustainable and economic building designs Ramboll in India Ramboll has more than 1 000 experts working across five offices in India applying their passion to deliver innovative solutions in markets as diverse as Buildings Transport Planning Urban Design Water Environment Health and Energy Founded in Denmark Ramboll is a people company We invite you to contribute to a sustainable future working in an open collaborative and empowering culture How to apply Apply online Attach your CV cover letter and relevant documents showcasing why you are the right fit for the role and when you are available to start We look forward to receiving your application Deadline
