Job Description Hi All, We have an immediate opening for Sales & Marketing Operations Specialist for remote work location. Experience: 8+ Years Notice Period: Immediate Work Mode: Remote Education Level: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, analytics, or a related field. Job Description: - 8+ years of experience in marketing analytics, sales operations, or a similar role. - Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and HubSpot, including configuration, customization, and reporting. - Strong analytical skills and experience working with large datasets, using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and at various levels of the organization. - Clean up, complete, and consolidate data from various sources, ensuring that it is accurate and relevant for the marketing and sales teams. - Assign leads and opportunities to the appropriate sales and marketing teams, based on established criteria and processes. - Design, implement, optimize, and monitor automated workflows/campaigns to align with business processes and goals. - Assist in the design and implementation of lead scoring, nurturing, and routing processes to improve lead management and sales conversion. - Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and key performance indicators to monitor marketing and sales activities and performance.
