Role Description

This is an on-site volunteer role located in Morena. The Event Volunteer will be responsible for assisting in the planning and execution of events, managing registrations, coordinating with participants and speakers, and providing on-site support during events. Volunteers will also help set up and dismantle event spaces, ensure smooth operations, and handle any event-related inquiries.

Qualifications

- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Experience with event planning and coordination is a plus
- Enthusiasm for technology and education-related events
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Ability to handle physical tasks such as setting up event spaces
