and acquisitions initial public offerings IPOs and underwriting Essential Job Functions Business Analysis Requirements Gathering Work closely with traders treasury teams and financial stakeholders to gather analyze and document business requirements for a bullion trading platform Define business rules trading workflows pricing mechanisms and settlement processes Identify gaps in existing trading operations and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and mitigate risks Create functional specifications user stories and process flows for system enhancements and automation Trading Platform Treasury System Integration Collaborate with technology teams to design and implement trading system features risk management tools and treasury integrations Assist in API integrations with market data providers liquidity providers exchanges and treasury systems Ensure seamless integration of bullion trading functionalities including pricing order execution settlement and reconciliation Work on automation initiatives to improve cash flow forecasting liquidity management and collateral optimization Risk Compliance Management Ensure the bullion trading system complies with AML KYC regulations exchange rules and financial reporting standards Support the development of risk management frameworks monitoring tools and limit control mechanisms Identify operational risks in trading and treasury functions and propose mitigation strategies Data Analysis Reporting Design and implement business intelligence dashboards trade reconciliation reports and P L analysis tools Track market trends bullion price movements and liquidity conditions to provide actionable insights to traders and treasury teams Generate reports for regulatory submissions internal audits and senior management updates Stakeholder Collaboration Process Optimization Act as a liaison between trading desks finance teams IT compliance and external vendors Coordinate with banks bullion suppliers refineries and exchanges to ensure smooth trade execution and settlements Work on optimizing treasury processes such as hedging strategies FX exposure management and margin calculations Qualifications Skills 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in bullion trading commodities trading or treasury operations Strong understanding of precious metals markets trading strategies and pricing mechanisms Experience in treasury functions including liquidity management FX hedging and cash flow optimization Familiarity with trading platforms risk management systems and treasury management solutions Knowledge of financial regulations AML KYC compliance and reporting requirements for bullion trading Proficiency in business analysis tools like JIRA Confluence Visio and SQL for data analysis Experience with trading APIs FIX protocols and financial market integrations is a plus Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills Certifications such as CBAP CFA FRM or CTP Certified Treasury Professional are a plus Preferred Experience Experience working with precious metals exchanges bullion banks or fintech firms specializing in commodities trading Exposure to blockchain-based bullion
