Job Description Key Responsibilities National Partnership & Alliance Development - Build and drive national-level partnerships with hospitals, diagnostic labs, nursing homes, dental chains, dialysis centers, and teaching hospitals. - Develop strategic alliances enabling internships and placements for healthcare students. - Lead discussions, negotiations, and sign-off of MOUs with key institutional stakeholders across regions. Regional Leadership & Coordination - Manage, guide, and mentor regional teams to achieve partnership and placement goals. - Align regional initiatives with national strategic objectives. - Conduct reviews, field visits, and performance evaluations to ensure consistency and relationship strength. Industry Networking & Representation - Represent the organization at healthcare conferences, seminars, and industry forums. - Develop and nurture relationships with hospital administrators, HR heads, training managers, and medical directors. - Enhance organizational visibility and credibility within the healthcare ecosystem. Placement Strategy & Execution - Work closely with internal placement and academic teams to ensure student readiness aligns with industry expectations. - Oversee smooth execution of internship and placement processes across partnered hospitals and institutions. Reporting & Compliance - Maintain comprehensive national databases on partnerships, MOUs, and student placements. - Provide periodic reports on partnership performance, industry trends, and strategic insights. - Ensure compliance with organizational and partner requirements.
