Job Purpose:
To execute sales strategies for the elevator market, develop and maintain customer relationships, and ensure successful sales processes from inquiry generation to contract handover. The role involves driving business growth, monitoring competitors, and ensuring timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibility Areas:
- Market Development & Customer Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and organizations in the assigned territory.
- Continuously expand the customer database and ensure the history card for major customers is up to date.
- Meet with customers to assess their requirements and offer suitable solutions.
- Establish rapport with key persons in customer organizations, ensuring consistent communication and support.
- Sales Strategy & Forecasting:
- Forecast sales growth and prepare strategies based on market trends.
- Focus on major projects and ensure alignment with the overall sales strategy.
- Identify customer needs and position appropriate products to increase sales in line with regional goals.
- Sales Proposal & Tender Management:
- Generate inquiries, prepare and submit proposals, tenders, and final offers to customers.
- Attend pre-bid meetings, tender openings, and negotiation meetings.
- Negotiate terms and finalize orders, ensuring the smooth processing of contracts.
- Track and follow up on proposals and tenders to ensure successful conversion to sales.
- Order Processing & Contract Management:
- Process orders and manage contract documentation, including layout requests, change orders, and finalized layouts.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Contractors, Sales HO, Accounts) to ensure contract compliance and timely execution.
- Monitor contract stages until final payment is received and the handover ceremony is completed.
- Market Intelligence & Feedback:
- Conduct market surveys to stay updated on customer preferences, industry trends, and competitor activity.
- Provide feedback and presentation reports on market developments and competitor performance.
- Continuously improve processes based on customer feedback and internal suggestions.
- Sales & Marketing Support:
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support business development initiatives.
- Stay updated on company policies, sales procedures, and relevant training programs.
- Assist with loss analysis and monitor the entire sales process, from proposal to final handover.
- Presentation & Communication:
- Prepare and deliver presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain a proposal database and assist with loss analysis to optimize future sales efforts.

- UG: Any Graduate
- PG: Any Postgraduate
- Required Skills & Attributes:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the elevator market and competitor landscape.
- Proficiency in sales forecasting, proposal preparation, and contract management.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage complex customer accounts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to follow up effectively on inquiries and tenders.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on process optimization and continuous improvement.
