What You’ll Do: - Communicate with employees regarding cashless claims - Explain the claims process and share details over email - Coordinate with hospitals to collect required claim documents - Assist employees in completing claim forms - Track and update claim status to employees - Follow up with TPAs/insurers for claim processing - Explain claim queries and guide employees on responses - Collect claim-related feedback - Handle claim-related escalations end-to-end What We’re Looking For: - Minimum 1 year of experience in Claims (domestic- mandatory) - Background in Broking, TPA, Insurance or Hospital Insurance Desk - Strong understanding of Group Health Insurance - Excellent written and verbal communication - Ability to work in a fast-paced, multitasking environment - Good Excel skills Number of open position : 2 Work Location : Bangalore and Chennai
