Your Role

- Monitor Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) platforms and online portals to ensure compliance, security, and optimal performance.
- Analyze data and trends to detect anomalies and ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with IT, security, and cross-functional teams to resolve issues and implement improvements.
- Generate regular reports on monitoring activities, findings, and corrective actions.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in digital monitoring and cybersecurity.
- Recommend enhancements to digital monitoring processes and tools.

Your Profile

- 4 to 6 years of experience in digital monitoring or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with digital monitoring tools and software.
